Description:
When SIM PIN is enabled on Device, notifications area on device for Locked SIM card is truncated for Romanian language

Repro Steps:
1) Updated Buri to Com BuildID: 20131112004004
2) Enable SIM PIN on device
3) Restart device
4) Select X to not enter SIM PIN
5) Slide notification screen down


Actual: In Romanian, 'Locked SIM card Unlock your SIM to enable Usage' is truncated


Expected: In Romanian, “Locked SIM card Unlock your SIM to enable Usage' is not truncated

Translated back in English: Unlock your card to see the usage

I'm assuming that that Usage refers to the traffic used; if so, the proper translation is the equivalent of consumption.

Because "Usage" (rom. "Utilizare") is the name of an app.

Now, in FX. OS 2.2 text are: „Deblochează SIM pt. a activa Utilizare”.
Text is not truncated in Flame phone.
Perhaps strings „Deblochează SIM pentru a activa Utilizare” fit in Flame phone, but not sure for Keon. Cristian?

This bug are resolved for Flame phone and Gaia 2.2.
