Description:
In Brazil, in "Settings" the "Select Wallpaper" header is truncated

Repro Steps:
1) Updated Buri to BuildID: 20131112004004
2) In "Settings" change a language to "Portuguese" 
3) Open "Settings" from the home screen
4) Navigate into "Display"
5) Tap the "display" icon to see the pops up menu
6) From the pops up menu tap the "Wallpaper"
7) Observe the header

Actual:
The "Select Wallpaper" header is truncated

Expected:
The header is not truncated
