Details 
* Add locales in /shared/locales/download/xxxx.properties and /shared/locales/downloads.ini

* Do not include shared/js/l10n.js because it is already loaded by callers

* Make sure of removing the confirm container before creating a new one again

* Remove listeners after clicking buttons

* The confirmation should be removed when users press and hold the home button

* oncancel and onconfirm shouldn't be asynchronous
