The URL bar does not allow you to select an item that is stored in the history
when it drops down as you type.


Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
Type a URL you have already visited and when it shows it in the list, attempt to
select it and it will open the search URL instead.


Actual Results:  Not Applicable.


Expected Results:  I expected to be able to select an entry if I saw it as I was
typing it in.

I can't reproduce this on Win98SE, 2001080114

Reporter : can you please confirm exactly how you are "selecting" the item in
the dropdown, ideally down to individual keystrokes
