Updates available string is displayed truncated with additional <span> and </span> tags while device language is set to Portuguese-Brazil.

Repro Steps:
1) Updated Buri to v1.2 comRIL BuildID: 20131112004004
2) Choose Portuguese as the default language during  set-up
3) Swipe down notification drop down 
4) Tap the "H" icon to turn on data and wait for update notification 

Actual:
Updates available notification is displayed truncated 

Expected:
Updates available notification is dispalyed in its entirety

Changing the title and keywords because this is not a truncation issue. The text gets cut off in the notification header because the tags <span> and </span> are displayed with the notification message. It seems that if the extra tags weren't present, then the message would fit fine.

We've stopped shipping Firefox OS for phones. Thus resolving this as WONTFIX.
