When the user enters the settings section of the Markteplace, the "Feedback" title is not translated to Portuguese Brazil. The word "feedback" is translated on the "Send Mozilla Feedback" button (see screenshot) in the "Improve Firefox OS" section of the Settings app.

Repro Steps:
1) Updated Buri to BuildID: 20131113004000
2) Select Portuguese Brazil as the language.
3) Open the Marketplace app.
4) Open the settings page by selecting the gear icon.
5) Verify the "Feedback" title is untranslated.

Actual:
The title is untranslated.

Expected:
The title would be translated.
