Description:
"The file could not be sent" string appears truncated in notifications. This occurs when sending a file via Bluetooth fails.

Repro Steps:
1)  Updated Buri to Build ID: 20131022004000
2)  Set both test phones to the language Portuguese.
3)  Pair up the test phones using Bluetooth.
4)  On test phone 1, tap on the "Gallery" icon.
5)  On test phone 1, tap on a video.
6)  On test phone 1, tap on the "Share" icon.
7)  On test phone 1, tap on "Bluetooth".
8)  On test phone 1, tap on the device's name paired to the test phone.
9)  On test phone 2, tap on the receive file notification and tap on "Deny".
10) Immediately turn bluetooth off during the transfer on either test phone.
11) Pull down the notification bar and check the "The file could not be sent" notification on test phone 1.
12) Pull down the notification bar and check the "The file could not be received" notification on test phone 2.

Actual:
The "file could not be sent" and the "file could not be received" strings on notifications are truncated.

Expected:
The strings do not appear truncated.
