I don't know if this is some weird thing with events, or just a bug in the counter, but I'm seeing this in my about:memory: 88,746,581,040 (100.0%) -- event-counts └──88,746,581,040 (100.0%) -- window-objects ├──27,891,784,952 (31.43%) -- top(https://mail.google.com/mail/?ui=2&shva=1#inbox, id=12)/active │ ├───5,071,247,944 (05.71%) -- window(https://plus.google.com/u/0/_/notifications/frame?sourceid=23&hl=[...] [...] similarly for the various other windows. This sounds vaguely like a bug I saw go by before, but I don't remember it offhand.

(In reply to Andrew McCreight [:mccr8] from comment #0) > This sounds vaguely like a bug I saw go by before, but I don't remember it > offhand. That would be bug 937227. I thought it was fixed, but I'm still seeing wacky numbers in my nightly. I don't know whether my nightly has the fix installed though, haven't checked...

Can you see if your nightly (or the newest one) has that particular patch in it?

Ah, yeah, I'm on a Nightly from a few days ago. I was mostly looking for the excuse to make the Sagan pun. Thanks!
