Hey Jbuck, I noticed that there's a mistake in the text to the auto-response email from the form on mozilla.org/contribute
It tells people to introduce themselves on the community mailing list, but does not provide the link to sign up, only the email address which blocks non-members so they're probably not getting through (may be a good thing since we get tons of spam...)
So can you replace it with this correct text below?

Fix bug 938332 - Point mentors at mailing list sign-up
Previously, contributors who signed up would be directed to send email
to a moderated mailing list. Now we will direct them to sign up for the
mailing list first.
