IMAP subfolders accounts and News subfolders Accounts doesn't are stored.
Subfolders are not stored in News Accounts and subscribe is required in each
sesion. Mozilla only stores account name but not headers or mail and news cache(?)

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Subscribe to an IMAP or News Account
2.Download Headers
3.Quit
4.Go to IMAP o News Account and you will need ALL headers AGAIN, and subscribe
to newsgroup of the server news.

Actual Results:  I need download all headers again

Expected Results:  Only download new headers, because old headers would be are
stored.

Mozila 0.9.2 doesn't has this problem, but if I use Mozila 0.9.3 I will need
download all headers with Mozila .92 (Mozilla .9.3 erases the cache?)

Indeed, that bug was verified seperately (as fixed), so just verifying this as a
DUP.
