When the user opens the Marketplace app home page, the "Featured Apps" and "View All" string overlap each other.

Repro Steps:
1) Updated Buri to BuildID: 20131113004000
2) Select Turkish as the language.
3) Open the Marketplace app.
4) Verify the "Featured Apps" and "View All" strings overlap.

Actual:
The two strings overlap.

Expected:
The two string would not overlap.
