As a framework developer, I would like an API that allows me to extend the live frame rate visualization widget so that it provides information relevant to my framework. Acceptance criteria will depend on the widget UI we create. For example if we use flame charts, we would want to color the flame chart differently according to match framework specifics.

This is probably no longer relevant for current planned work. Plus, the UserTimings API mosltly provides this with markers now.
