In bug 902981 comment 19, Eric Pang suggests that we make the highlight color for the prev/play/next buttons match other apps: #00aacc. This is easy, so let's do it for 1.3. (For 1.4, it shouldn't matter because we'll be using music2 - I hope!)
I think this is fixed, and it should be irrelevant now that we're moving to NGA anyway.
