RESULT:
The images on this blog will intermittently load only ~10% of each image, then log these errors:

Image corrupt or truncated: https://d262ilb51hltx0.cloudfront.net/fit/c/1200/1200/0*zCDpWFVXiNk_M1PV.jpg
This bug smells more like a network problem than a corrupt image file because the problem is intermittent in Firefox (21, 25, and 28 and Safari 7) and never reproducible in Chrome 31. I'm using OS X 10.9.

Did the site change per chance?
I see no image gallery ...
