I think the security pages could need a re-design.
AFAIU dveditz owns the pages, but not the CSS.

We're trying to avoid major work on PHP websites, and focusing instead on migrating such content to Bedrock (the modern www.mozilla.org platform). Such a migration would definitely include redesigning the page to adhere to the Sandstone style guide.
However, because security announcements are one of a few types of content that /require/ self-publishing, this move is blocked by work (now underway in bug 939134) to build a mechanism for publishing directly to Bedrock.
Once we have a working publishing system (circa 2014-01-21) we should convene a small group to talk about how we can integrate the security advisories.

One more thing Steven. We need a "note" style for "p.note" on the advisory pages. Take a look at the following:
https://www.mozilla.org/security/announce/2014/mfsa2014-66.html
Uses "p.note:before { content: "Note: ";}", adds a border, etc. New one doesn't need to look like that obviously, but should be styled differently.

Looking at https://www.mozilla.org/security/advisories/ I notice how links are only behind the MFSA-ID (which looks quite like a date to me, but isn't).
I think it would be more usable if the title text of the announcement would be a link as well. Could this small change be done within this bug or should I file a new one?

Please file a new bug - it isn't a big change, but it will help us track it and get it done. Thanks.
