Details

In Mozilla 0.93 all items in the "Insert" menu are disabled. Therefor you cant
insert tables, images, rules etc. This seems to be a new bug in 0.93, Mozilla
0.91 and Netscape 6.1pre1 worked fine (I did not check Mozilla 0.92)

Can you try it with a new profile ? (run "mozilla -profilemanager").
That should fix your problem !
Works with a new profile, but how can I fix my old profile? 
To repair this function, do this:
exit Mozilla and NS6.1
Backup you old profile
Delete Profile-dir\localstore.rdf and all files in profile-dir\chrome\.
(you will loose all custom Themes and language packs)
start mozilla again..
