I see this little focus ring sometimes in the UI and it looks really bad. My understanding is that it is normally use for keyboard focus which is questionable in our case. But I don't know if it is useful for some other accessibility purposes.
Eitan, do you mind if I turn it off (just by setting the width to 0), or in the worst case and if it useful if we set the size to 1 when the screen reader is turned on?

Totally fine with that. We might want to revisit this when we support external keyboards.
