Search for a Tier 10 to Tier 120 app. 3. Attempt to buy the app. Actual results: On the Confirm payment screen notice the user is only able to purchase the app using carrier billing. Expected results: The user has the option to choose credit card payment as well.

Hi Tom, this issue is still occuring over wi-fi. Region code: Crow Device: Unagi white Connection: wi-fi Phone number/MSISDN: 0175-6980737 Carrier: T-mobile Last 4 digits CC: 4188 Test App used: Tier10. Occurs with all.
