Description:
The string "Manual Setup" is truncated in the header when setting up an email account.

Repro Steps:
1)  Updated Buri 1.2 mozRIL to Build ID: 20131114004004
2)  Set the language to Spanish (Espanol).
3)  Tap on the "Email" icon to open the email app.
4)  Tap on "Manual setup".
5)  Look at the header.

Actual:
The string "Manual setup" is truncated in the header.

Expected:
The string is not truncated.

I'd rather not remove "manual" from the display. What about "Conf. manual"?

Using "Config. manual" would be more consistent with other similar screens, but Ricardo's option sounds good to me too.

Sorry, I overlooked the available space before. Yes, I also like "Config. manual" more.
