Steps to reproduce:
1. Turn the cellphone on.
2. Go to "Settings".
3. Select "Cellular & Data".
4. Go to "Mobile Network".
5. Turn on "Data Connection".
7. Select "Network operator".
8. Change "Network type" from "Automatic" to "3G only".
Actual results:
The correct result it should be that the device takes 3G service from the carrier network.
Expected results:
From step 8, the 3G network is not configured in the device. Only works in 2G.
