Steps to reproduce:
1. Turn the cellphone on.
2. Go to "Settings".
3. Select "Cellular & Data".
4. Go to "Mobile Network".
5. Turn off "Data Connection".
7. Go to "Wi-Fi".
8. Turn on the service.
9. Go to Marketplace.
10. Select a Pricetier1 or a Pricetier5 application
11. Click the button with the price to start the purchase.
12. Enter the PIN.
13. At the "Confirm Payment" screen, select "Buy".
Actual results:
From step 13, the device displays an error message "Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later."
Expected results:
The correct result it should be that the purchase is complete and the application install without problems.
