Attachment: New Message

Device language is set to Bulgarian. When the user chooses to create a new message, the text box that the message is entered into is labelled. The label should say 'Съобщение', but 'Message' is displayed instead.

Repro Steps:
1) Updated Buri to Build ID: 20131114004004
2) Set device language to Bulgarian.
3) Restart the device.
4) Launch Съобщения(Messages) app.
5) Create a new message and observe the message text field.
6) Open a text conversation and observe the message text field.

Actual:
'Message' is displayed in English.

Expected:
'Message' is displayed in Bulgarian(Съобщение).
