Description:
The "Crash Report" header in "What's in a crash report?" is truncated.

Repro Steps:
1)  Updated Buri to Build ID: 20131114004004
2)  Set the language to Serbian-Cyrillic.
3)  Plug the phone into a computer and open up the terminal.
4)  Enter the command adb shell ps |grep b2g
5)  Enter the command adb shell kill -11 and then the number of the process to cause a crash. 
6)  Tap on "What's in a crash report?" and observe the header.

Actual:
The "Crash Report" header is truncated.

Expected:
The string does not appear truncated.
