Description:
Unable to reset WiFi usage in Usage settings
Repro Steps:
1) Updated Buri to BuildID: 20131114143149
2) Have the Up sage app set on device
3) Browse web using Cell and Wifi
4) Open Usage app
5) Tap gear icon for Settings
6) Tap Reset Button
Actual:
Unable to reset WiFi usage, able to reset Cell data usage
Expected:
Able to reset both, Cell and WiFi data usage
Environmental Variables:

Issue no longer occurs on latest 1.3 (11/15). Wifi and cell data usage resets apropriately.
