The following bug is not reproducible manually, only when running the automated test, representing the str from below: https://github.com/mozilla-b2g/gaia/pull/13748 STR: 1. Have a least one contact saved. 2. Open the dialer app 3. Type the first 4 digits of the phone number saved in your contact Expected results: The search popup(suggestion popup) is displayed below the 4 digits. Actual results: The search popup does not appear.

Please break this out into a smaller test case not using a git pull request. Make the test case so that it can be pasted into this bug.
