Description:
The string "Passcode lock" is truncated in "Screen lock" settings.

Repro Steps:
1)  Updated Buri to Build ID: 20131115004003
2)  Tap on the "Settings" icon to open settings.
3)  Tap on "Screen lock".
4)  Observe the option "Passcode lock".

Actual:
The string "Passcode" appears truncated.

Expected:
The string is not truncated.

Verified the bug is fixed on the latest 1.2 COM RIL build
The header is no longer truncated on the "Lock screen" setting
