Details
Due to the change in dates of daylight savings, that was changed a while ago, XP machines report a different time shortly after the current change. Though this does not cause an issue when a machine is fully installed and talking to the domain, it does cause an issue when a gpupdate is forced in the MDT install. This now temporarily fixed by removing the forced update, but the forced update will be returned when puppet is integrated on XP. This will need to be addressed prior to the next day light savings time change.

We just went through a DST change. Did this impact us?

No, because the gp update is deactivated in the MDT task sequence. I looked this Friday night, and the only reason we had the update was because how we were going to install and configure Puppet using GPO. The move towards bare metal provisioning has since changed the need for that.
