When user attempts to export contacts within Contact App, the header words 'Export Contacts' is truncated in Bulgarian

Repro Steps:
1) Updated Buri to Mozilla BuildID: 20131115004003
2) Change language to Bulgarian
3) Reboot device
4) Tap Contacts App
5) Tap gear icon in upper right of screen
6) Tap export contacts button



Actual:
The words Export contacts appears truncated in Bulgarian

Expected:
The words Export contacts does not appear truncated in Bulgarian
