Blank screen while trying to change the city during FTE
Buri, while running the latest OEM build with 11-15 base image
STR:
1. Flash the OEM build and start to run through FTE
2. Try to change the city
Logcat attached. The screen is blank except for an "OK" button.

This doesn't reproduce on our 1.1 base image with gecko/gaia on top, right?
