When the user is in Call Settings, the "Caller ID" option is truncated.
Repro Steps:
1) Updated Buri to BuildID: 20131115004003
2) Select Bulgarian as the language.
3) Open the Settings app.
4) Select Call Settings.
5) Verify the Caller ID option is truncated.
Actual:
Caller ID is truncated.
Expected:
Caller ID is fully displayed.

Verified the bug is fixed on the latest 1.2 COM RIL build
The strings are no longer truncated in the "Calling Settings"
