bld-linux64-ec2-022 and bld-centos6-hp-009 seem to be taking jobs and immediately dying with abort: No space left on device

I cleaned up bld-centos6-hp-009 and bld-centos6-hp-013 (it had the same issue). bld-linux64-ec2-022 was good. Probably we should bump disk space requirements....
