Steps to reproduce:
windows 7 64 bit, firefox 25.0.1 (also in previous version)
with the bookmarks sidebar permanently visible, hover the mouse over the bookmarks and move the mouse down
Actual results:
a white line remains visible from the selection box where the mouse hovered (horizontal line from the top where the selection box was).
when you move the mouse upwards, this issue does not appear. Also while the lines are visible, if you move the bookmarks scrollbar a bit, the lines disappear.
see attached screenshot for the lines that are not supposed to be there.
Expected results:
no lines should remain visible after hovering the mouse over bookmarks.
