Call Settings has multiple strings that are displayed truncated when the device language is set to Bulgarian.
-Call Settings (header title)
-Call Waiting
-Cell Broadcast Service
-Caller ID
-Forward when unanswered
-Forward when unreachable

Repro Steps:
1) Updated Buri to v1.2 mozRIL BuildID: 20131115004003
2) Navigate to Settings App
3) Tap on Call Settings

Actual:
Call Settings strings are displayed truncated

Expected:
Call Setting strings are displayed in their entirety

"Always Forward" and "Forward when unanswered" menus also have truncation issues. For "Always Forward", "Always use this number" will be displayed truncated and "Number when unanswered" will also be displayed truncated for "Forward when unanswered".
