Details

Build : V1.2_US_20131115.cfg

1. flash device with V1.2_US_20131115.cfg
2. go to settings -> device info -> more info -> reset phone
3. look at reboot screen

Expected: the gear spins
Actual: the gear spins only a quarter way and resets

Note: 
US_20131104_root.cfg the gear icon spins.
Summary: 1.2 the gear icon doesn't spin when reseting the device → [buri]1.2 the gear icon doesn't spin when reseting the device
