Description:
The text in the title bar of the Add to Home Screen page is truncated when the device is set to the Serbian(Cyrillic) language.

Repro Steps:
1) Update Buri to Build ID: 20131118004001
2) Set the device language to Serbian(Cyrillic) then restart the device.
3) Launch the Browser app and navigate to any site.
4) Tap the star icon (status doesn't matter), then Add to Home Screen (bottom option).
5) Observe the text in the title bar.

Actual:
The text in the title bar is truncated.

Expected:
The full text in the title bar is shown.

The title header is still truncated in the latest Buri build v1.2
