Description:
When device language is set to Serbian Cyrillic, “Zip Code” text is truncated and appears to be different than what transvision tool says it should be.

Repro Steps:
1) Updated Buri to Build ID: 20131118004001
2) In settings set device language to Serbian Cyrillic.
3) Navigate to homescreen and launch Contacts App
4) Add/Edit a contact and observe “Zip Code” text string

Actual:
“Zip Code” text is truncated and appears differently than what transvision tool says it is.

Expected:
Natural spacing is provided to view the text string in entirety.
