Bug 887043 introduces an async SQL query to backup file i.e.BookmarkRow.  We should change BookmarkJSONUtils.serializeNodeAsJSONToOutputStream to use BookmarkRow.serializeJSONToOutputStream and get rid of whole BookmarkNode object.
