Details

User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64; rv:23.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/23.0 (Beta/Release)
Build ID: 20130820141247

Steps to reproduce:

Enable "Flash repainted area" in the developer options of v1.2. Then turn off and on the phone when one/all of the yellow squares appears.

Actual results:

The phone will only be able to go to the camera mode or get unlocked. But no other application can be launched.

The yellow sqaure is the repainted area, I think. Once this feature is enabled, nothing works - calls can't be received, messages can't be composed, e.t.c.

Expected results:

The phone should effectively work i.e. unlock and be able to launch applications.
This is ver1.1 of the prefs.js - pastebin.mozilla.org/3632248
This is ver1.2 of the prefs.js - http://pastebin.mozilla.org/3632290

Flash repainted area was only introduced in ver1.2. But there is no line for enabling/disabling it.

There is a need to include it in the prefs.js.
