Dragging from desktop apps to MetroFx doesn't currently appear to work.

I also tried to test with other metro apps but it appears that other metro apps don't support dragging at all.

Preliminary investigation work on this bug: Discover whether it is possible for us to support receiving dragged info from other apps, or whether this is a limitation of the platform.
