zoomed focus ring
I'd like to propose we kill off focus rings, particularly when in imprecise mode. We can highlight inputs in other ways if we need too via css. Rings don't fit well IMHO with touch interfaces, and generally look pretty crappy in zoomed content.

We should make sure that keyboard input causes precise mode, or is covered to show focus rings. I think focus rings is mainly about keyboard and not mouse /touch input.
