User Story: As a user, I want to be able to modify the datastore permissions of each of my apps so that I can change my mind about the level of access to datastore that each app has. Acceptance Criteria: 1. Within the System Settings in System101, I can modify app datastore permissions. 2. In 1, I can choose to revoke permissions of a given app to any other app's datastore. (of the apps that the viewed app has previously requested access to) 3. In 1, I can choose to grant permissions of a given app to any other app's datastore. (of the apps that the viewed app has previously requested access to) 4. Revoking permissions as in 2, causes an app to no longer have access to that specific datastore. 5. Granting permissions as in 3, causes an app to immediately have access to that specific datastore.

Due to churn in the datastore API, the target for this user story is shifting to 2.1.
