STEPS TO REPRODUCE 1. start Firefox with a fresh profile 2. click the Downloads button in the toolbar (the down arrow between the bookmarks and home buttons) ACTUAL RESULT The button width becomes 2px smaller when releasing the button. This causes the URL/Search bar to resize (and/or reposition) which is visually distracting. Clicking the button again doesn't cause any problem - only the first time in a newly created window. PLATFORMS AND BUILDS TESTED The bug occurs in Nightly 28.0a1 (2013-11-19) on Linux64. (I'm using a KDE desktop in case that matters)
