Start Thunderbird either in normal mode or safe mode, then minimise it. Later, 5 minutes, 10 minutes, or so, try to restore it. (Using windows 7) Actual results: Fails to restore. Expected results: It should restore the window to it's previous view. By the way, the Thunderbird diagnostics page advises to delete the XUL.mfl file and it will be re-created on startup. However, that file does not exist on my system.
version 11 is not supported for a long time. If you want assistance with an old version, you might get a reply by posting at https://support.mozillamessaging.com/en-US/kb/ask (then again, you might not)
