940743 - [TCL] [Updates] - updating to v1.1 makes device reboot every few seconds

Hi, 

Users are reporting in several Polish support channels that after upgrading their Alcatel device to FFOS v1.1 it reboots every few seconds.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
1. update TCL to v1.1 from v1.0
2. make a call

EXPECTED RESULTS:
should work as normal

ACTUAL RESULTS:
Firefox OS Crashed message, reboots after every call

I did see this issue initially - see Bug 938391 for details. But I only experience the reboot twice and then the phone was fine. Also Bug 897142 has some information about the state of some of the devices when we got them initially.

I connected my phone to computer and start saving logs. I did not touch the phone. After 1-2 minutes system crashed and rebooted.
