User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.0; rv:25.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/25.0 (Beta/Release)
Build ID: 20131025151332

Steps to reproduce:

Create new message and choose 'Send Later'.
Message stored in Outbox.
I am in 'online' state.
I choose to close Thunderbird.



Actual results:

When I close Thunderbird I do not get the prompt:
 "Do you want to send all unsent messages before quitting Thunderbird?"

But I do get the prompy when I open Thunderbird again.


Expected results:

When I close Thunderbird I should get the prompt:
 "Do you want to send all unsent messages before quitting Thunderbird?"

I have the same issue described above.
Upgraded to v 24.1.0. Dialog box: "Do you want to send all unsent messages before quitting Thunderbird?" does not appear when quitting online.
Backgraded to v 17.0.8 and it works again.

Does not work in 24.1.1 either
Going back to 17.0.8 again.

using the betas at https://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/mozilla.org/thunderbird/releases/ please determine the range n/n+1 where it works for version n, but fails for version n+1

I can confirm the behaviour as reported. However I do not know if it ever worked or was intended to work as requested.
