The Mongolian localization effort dissolved long ago and there are very few, if any, Mongolian users on Firefox desktop. We'd like to turn off their builds until a new effort comes to take over the localization.

Just to make sure that we are on the same page, does the request include all branches? ATM we build mn on m-c, m-a and m-b.
