1. go to settings -> device info -> more info -> developer -> enable APZ for all content processes
2. launch gallery (camera, clock, dialer, contacts, usage, and a bunch of other apps are affected as well)
3. zoom out
Expected: icons do not get small
Actual: everything gets small including the tab icons.
