941053 - upload a new talos.zip to capture fix for ts_paint

we are going to measure ts_paint in a new way, this will fix the regression caused by the mozprocess work.  To do this we need to upload a new talos.zip so this works on android:

that zip has been uploaded to relengwebadm.private.scl3.mozilla.com for android

shasum was verified:
