This machine is not currently pingable, and PDU reboots aren't helping. This machine had both its drives replaced in bug 893108.

Errors were found while running diagnostics; We need to swap the hard drive.

fwiw, eric asked me to gracefully take out from production talos-mtnlion-r5-042 so that he could swap the drive, I did so and set appropriate dep.
The hard drives have been swapped. The host is now re-imaging.
