Details

There is no good reason for mozmake to live outside of the tree. This will not be needed once we integrate it into Mozilla Build but we don't need to wait for that day!
There are many good reasons for mozmake to live outside the tree. One being it is under the GPL. And it's ready to get integrated into mozilla build, it's just waiting for RyanVM. Ping him.
